{"id":15585,"date":"2025-06-14T18:53:50","date_gmt":"2025-06-14T21:53:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.noticiasmas.com.ar\/?p=15585"},"modified":"2025-06-14T18:53:53","modified_gmt":"2025-06-14T21:53:53","slug":"el-gobierno-reclama-a-cristina-kirchner-la-devolucion-de-1000-millones-por-jubilaciones-y-pensiones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noticiasmas.com.ar\/index.php\/2025\/06\/14\/el-gobierno-reclama-a-cristina-kirchner-la-devolucion-de-1000-millones-por-jubilaciones-y-pensiones\/","title":{"rendered":"El Gobierno reclama a Cristina Kirchner la devoluci\u00f3n de $1000 millones por jubilaciones y pensiones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Ministerio de Capital Humano y la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de la Seguridad Social (ANSES) presentaron una acci\u00f3n judicial contra la ex presidenta <strong>Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner<\/strong> para exigir la devoluci\u00f3n de cerca de <strong>$1000 millones<\/strong> percibidos en concepto de jubilaciones y pensiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El monto incluye aproximadamente <strong>$400 millones correspondientes a su retiro como ex mandataria<\/strong> y otros <strong>$600 millones por la pensi\u00f3n derivada de su esposo, el ex presidente N\u00e9stor Kirchner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El reclamo se dio a conocer pocos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que la <strong>Corte Suprema de Justicia confirmara la condena a seis a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n contra Cristina Kirchner<\/strong> en el marco de la causa conocida como \u201cVialidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta acci\u00f3n judicial <strong>se suma a otras impulsadas por el Gobierno nacional<\/strong>, como la que se dirige contra <strong>Amado Boudou<\/strong>, ex vicepresidente, a quien tambi\u00e9n se le exige <strong>la devoluci\u00f3n de fondos obtenidos por beneficios previsionales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el oficialismo argumentan que se trata de una pol\u00edtica para revisar y evitar el cobro indebido de prestaciones especiales.
